How long do we keep hold of the information?

There are certain reasons that we have to keep hold of some of your information. Naturally, we keep your information while you are registered with us so that we are able to provide the service to you.

Tineke Zoet will only store your name and phone number or email address after the coaching relationship has ended for the sole purpose of recording a log book to obtain international coaching credentials in the future or if you signed up, to send you our monthly newsletters.

All other personal data obtained during the client relationship will be deleted from the servers once the relationship has ended.

You can request that we delete your personal information or opt out of the newsletter at any time. You can request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time.

When you send an email to the email address displayed on our website, we collect your email address and any other information you provide in that email (such as your name, telephone number or personal information relevant to our coaching relationship).

Contact form

When you contact us using our contact form, we collect name, email address, IP address. We also collect any other information you provide to us when you complete the contact form, including any optional information.

If you do not provide the mandatory information required by our contact form, you will not be able to submit the contact form and we will not receive your enquiry.


What about personal information relating to minors?

Protecting the online privacy of children is especially important to us. If you are under 18 years old, please do not provide us with your name, contact details or any other information about yourself.
