Who needs coaching?
Coaching is for anyone who feels they need a little push towards accomplishing short and long term goals.
Our success in life is to a great extent a result of how we view the world in which we live.
A coach focuses on changing perceptions of how we see ourselves, the world and other people by exploring any underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations and personal attitudes that we may have.
Coaching is about putting you back in touch with who you really are, so that you can achieve your goals.
How does it work?
Coaching is a powerful way to tap into your potential. As a coach, I can support you in finding your full potential and help you to overcome blockages so that you can live the life you were meant to live. Before we decide to work together, we will have a complimentary 30 minutes introduction meeting, either face to face or per telephone.
If we decide to work together, we schedule in 1 hourly sessions. I will work alongside you for a certain period, either face to face, via Skype/telephone, or in a workplace setting.
